Philosophy on Food and Menu Design

At Good Food Catering Company, we create unique and memorable experiences for you and your guests. Instead of “cookie-cutter” menu packages, each menu is custom created for your wedding day.

We create our dishes using only fresh and high quality ingredients and take pride in our culinary artistry. You won’t find the tired, traditional wedding reception food on our menus; you and your guests deserve better.

To the right are some samples of great dishes that we can utilize to build your custom event menu. Whether it is a plated dinner for 100 or a innovative station menu for 250; you’ll find ideas that we can use to impress your guests with great culinary memories. Also, you’ll find several sample wedding menus that we can use as guidelines in designing your own. Keep in mind that this is a limited sample to showcase the types of food that we do well. When it comes to planning your event, the sky is the limit.

Pricing

Each menu with pricing is custom created for your special occasion, so we do not offer “cookie-cutter” menu packages. Since each catered occasion is unique (time, location, number of guests, etc) we are unable to accurately quote pricing on our website. After a short phone conversation to hear about your specific needs, our written proposal will give you a complete, itemized cost for your event, including menu, staff fees and rental estimate. There will be no hidden fees or miscellaneous service charges!

While many caterers offer all-inclusive packages, our a la carte pricing assures that you will not be paying for services or amenities that you do not need. Don’t be fooled by companies who claim to save you money by “including everything” – make sure to look at the bottom line pricing!  Many of our clients also work with event designers and wedding coordinators who handle the décor and linens, so we do not lump them into our costs (though we can also handle all of these needs). Last, you will be comforted in the fact that we will not lure you in with a low priced “basic package“ to then up-sell you with added fees and charges.
